Don't jump straight into the arena!!
from 0-15 you will be better off dodging the arena.
0-10 can be done in 3 hits to a 6* pure horror DA
even better would be to train troops or do research but lets assume your impatient.
if your able to do NM that will get you to about 13 maybe up to 15.
use your first 10 vigor farming or doing training before getting in the arena.
Once you do go into the arena you want to hit one level higher then yourself every time.
Avoid the temptation to break streaks unless their certain wins. losing is your enemy when levelling so don't risk it.
always use a potion of xp when hitting the arena with extra vigor.
vigor is expensive to buy and not easily got in game to the extent you need for hard levelling so avoid wasting the vigor on standard xp when you could have up to triple the xp. in the long run it will save you buying gems for vigor.
if your not going to be on the game for the day because your at work or school then make the most of it .... do some troop training.
